EditingTools.io is a collection of apps, plugins and tools built primarily for film post-production. They are developed by a small international team together with industry professionals.

In an era of AI slop and hype and the belief that "anyone can build anything with AI," it's important for us to note that we invest considerable time in testing and securing our tools to ensure they are ready for industry and enterprise use. This includes external security audits to make the tools as safe as possible for commercial film productions.

The publication of tools on EditingTools.io began in June 2020, and new tools and improvements are being developed continuously. The platform is completely self-funded with no investors or dept. Codebase Media UG, based in Cologne (Germany), handles the company's legal and financial management.

EditingTools.io is committed to being an ad-free platform with high privacy standards, providing fast, easy and secure solutions, and being able to react quickly to changes in the production workflow and adapt the tools accordingly. This is only possible with the constant feedback and financial support of our users.
